Elia Fletcher Ivañez. Program director.
Elia´s journey took her from Cambridge to Milan, London and Madrid before she settled in San Lorenzo more than 20 years ago. There's just something about the place, she says.
She's been a language teacher throughout that time, specializing in individual and small group classes for student of all levels and all ages.
At the weekends, when she's not preparing classes or keeping up with her three adult children, she likes to get her hands dirty at a community garden just outside of town.

Juan Carlos Almandoz. Operations.
Juan Carlos works alongside Elia on the operational side of Camino Real to ensure that students' needs are met.
Another long-time resident of San Lorenzo, he has over 30 years of experience in communications, managing a wide range of advertising campaigns and events.
In his spare time, you´ll most likely find himself busy in his carpentry workshop or preparing dinner for family and friends.
El Camino Real works with golf coaches and tennis pros, chefs and shoppers, ceramicists and mountain guides who will accompany our students as they explore life in Spain.
